To help stop the spread of COVID-19, we all need to "Do the 5". Clean your hands with an alcohol-based hand sanitizer for at least 20 seconds; cover your mouth with your bent elbow whenever you cough or sneeze; avoid touching your face; avoid crowded places and keep a safe distance from others; and stay home if you can, especially if you have any of the COVID-19 symptoms.
