This poster presents preliminary results from the implementation of the Whole Health (WH) model in 18 VHA pilot units since 2018. Data show a 38% reduction in opioid use among veterans with chronic pain who participated in WH services (compared to 11% in non-users), and a 20–40% decrease in the use of invasive spinal procedures. There was also a higher likelihood of engagement in evidence-based psychotherapy among veterans diagnosed with mental health conditions. Women and Black veterans showed greater interest in WH services. The model demonstrated positive impacts on users' physical and mental health, care engagement, and sense of life purpose.
