This poster presents early results from a nationally mandated two-hour Whole Health training for Primary Care teams in the U.S. Veterans Health Administration. Using pre-course and 45-day follow-up surveys, the study found significant increases in confidence and use of Whole Health strategies. Participants reported improvements in shared goal-setting with Veterans, use of mindful awareness, and asking Veterans what matters most. A total of 463 respondents completed both surveys, showing large effect sizes across all measured outcomes.
