This informational poster presents the foundations, objectives, and key points of Bolivian Ancestral Traditional Medicine as practiced throughout the Plurinational State of Bolivia. Supported by Law No. 459, this form of medicine is based on the ancestral knowledge of each region. The material highlights the integration of traditional medicine into the National Health System, the official recognition of practitioners through the RUMETRAB registry, and the implementation of intercultural health policies. It also outlines efforts to strengthen, monitor, and educate in order to preserve and respect the use and practice of traditional medicine, as well as its articulation with conventional healthcare networks.
