This study aims to provide a general introduction to medical manuscripts written in Anatolia during the 14th, 15th, and 16th centuries, highlighting their cultural and scientific significance. These works represent a valuable legacy within both the historical and medical literature of the region. By presenting selected examples, the study offers a resource for researchers interested in further exploration of the field. The linguistic analysis of these manuscripts reveals a higher density of Turkish vocabulary in the earlier centuries, which gradually decreased over time. This observation offers insights into the linguistic and cultural shifts in Anatolian medical literature across the examined periods.
