This presentation covers key EU regulations on traditional herbal medicinal products and homeopathic medicinal products. It focuses on Directive 2004/24/EC, which governs Traditional Herbal Medicinal Products (THMPD), including its definitions and the role of the Committee on Herbal Medicinal Products (HMPC). Additionally, the Commission Decision (2008/911/EC) that established a formal list of approved traditional herbal medicinal products is discussed.
