WCHPC addresses current policy issues related to evolving health systems reforms impacting on the health of women, children, and adolescents. Its mission is to draw upon the science base of the university setting to inform policies, programs, and the practice of maternal and child health nationally. A significant emphasis is given to conducting and translating research for application in the field.
