Contiene un conjunto de actividades divididas en seis semanas consecutivas. El objetivo es ir reduciendo progresivamente la dosis de nicotina que recibe su cuerpo hasta llegar a no consumirla y, aprender a mantenerse sin fumar una vez abandonado el hábito.
