The main issues of ESTRO are developed through these different committees: GEC/ESTRO Committee European Board of Radiotherapy (EBR): offers consensus and guidelines on major topics, creating of new working groups; ESTRO Committee on education; ESTRO Physics Committee; ESTRO Radiobiology Committee; Radiotherapy Technologists Committee(RTTC): the aim of the project is to establish a network and a database of European Technologists to increase the level of knowledge; ESTRO Infraestructure Committee: produce an ESTRO strategy paper based on the UK \"Guidelines for use in Radiotherapy/Clinical Oncology Departments\"; try to define principles and parameters for infrastructure, come to an agreement with IAEA to develop an interactive and internet-based common database on radiotherapy; Newsletter Working Party; Website Group.
