The main tasks of the Association are: Awards, Fellwoships and Meeting Bursaries in order to developed a supporting scheme for young scientists worldwide to foster communication and excellence in cancer research. The fellowship scheme is intended to assist cancer researchers to advance their research. EACR main meetings is another task of the Association, which organize several meetings during a year. Another point is the possibility of consulting the Official Journal of the EACR which is the European Journal of Cancer.
