Food-Safe Schools Action Guide

Guide created to help schools identify gaps in food safety and develop an action plan for becoming food-safe. It presents information on foodborne diseases, such as symptoms, causes and prevention. It also brings a manual composed of five PowerPoint presentations and a PDF document that provides step-by-step instructions on how to conduct a training session about food safety to foodservice personnel.
