World Malaria Day 2016 focuses on the eradication of the disease

On April 25, people around the world will take part in various activities to celebrate World Malaria Day, whose theme in 2016 is “Let’s end malaria forever.”

For half the world population, every day is Malaria Day – a date to fight this deadly disease. The international initiative World Malaria Day part of the Malaria Consortium, an NGO founded in 2003 that specializes in the prevention, control and treatment of malaria and other communicable diseases in vulnerable populations.
